«Морской пролив с маяком», 1841

Свою работу «Морской пролив с маяком» автор И. Айвазовский закончил в 1841 году. Как и все другие морские пейзажи этого художника, она отличается своей цветовой гаммой и техникой исполнения. По спокойному морю раскиданы маленькие лодочки, парусники и корабли. Тяжелые высокие крымские горы, обволакивает густой туман, закрывая их от взора зрителя.

Большинство своих морских пейзажей (а их более 6000 тысяч), автор сотворил именно на Крымском побережье. Оно отличается своей живописностью, сочетанием скалистых берегов с морскими глубинами. Так и в этой работе, автор попытался передать красоту Крымской природы, ее могущество и силу.

На фоне тяжелых скалистых утесов лодочки смотрятся совсем как пушинки или ласточки, плавно скользя по морскому отражению. Глядя на картину, слышаться писки чаек и шум морского прибоя, бьющегося об маяк и корабли. Как уплывают вперед лодочки, так и мысли зрителя уплывают в состояние покоя и гармонии. Уравновешенные светлые цвета расслабляют и убаюкивают. Зрителю так и хочется остаться на берегу, и хоть немного полюбоваться этим теплым морским днем.

Погода на пейзажи спокойная, ровная, ничто не предвещает беды или бури. Вечер. Солнце уже село за скалы, остался только розовый мягкий закат, освещающий небесные просторы и облака, отражающийся в синеве Черного моря. Моряки возвращаются домой, везя с рыбалки заслуженную добычу.
Еще одной важной деталью работы является маяк. Темная неприметная башенка возвышается возле берега и указывает все кораблям на дом. Айвазовский символизирует маяк со спокойствием. Именно на него возлагается вся надежда моряка, он спасает его от верной гибели в морской пучине, оповещает о направлении, предупреждает о мелях. Маяк – это безусловно символ берега и дома, теплоты и семьи.

The author I. Aivazovsky finished his work "The Sea Strait with a lighthouse" in 1841. Like all other seascapes by this artist, it is distinguished by its color scheme and technique of execution. Small boats, sailboats and ships are scattered on the calm sea. The heavy high Crimean mountains are enveloped in a thick fog, blocking them from the viewer's view.

The author created most of his seascapes (and there are more than 6000 thousand of them) on the Crimean coast. It is distinguished by its picturesque nature, a combination of rocky shores with sea depths. So in this work, the author tried to convey the beauty of the Crimean nature, its power and strength.

Against the background of heavy rocky cliffs, the boats look just like fluff or swallows, smoothly gliding along the sea reflection. Looking at the picture, you can hear the squeaks of gulls and the sound of the sea surf beating against the lighthouse and ships. As the boats float forward, the viewer's thoughts float away into a state of peace and harmony. Balanced light colors relax and lull you to sleep. The viewer just wants to stay on the shore, and at least a little admire this warm sea day.

The weather on the island is calm, even, nothing foreshadows trouble or storms. Evening. The sun has already set behind the rocks, there is only a pink soft sunset, illuminating the heavenly expanses and clouds, reflected in the blue of the Black Sea. The sailors return home, carrying their well-deserved prey from fishing.
Another important detail of the work is the lighthouse. A dark, inconspicuous tower rises near the shore and points all the ships to the house. Aivazovsky symbolizes a lighthouse with tranquility. It is on him that all the hope of a sailor is placed, he saves him from certain death in the depths of the sea, notifies about the direction, warns about shoals. The lighthouse is certainly a symbol of the shore and home, warmth and family.
